In this session, attendees will learn how to create engaging lessons using Desmos Activity Builder. Teachers will explore how to build a lesson including warm ups, notes, guided practice, independent practice, and exit tickets, which are all typical elements of most instructors' daily lessons. Not only will this keep students actively engaging in the lesson, but it will also provide the teacher with a means of monitoring student progress live and obtaining formative assessment data for later analysis. And did I mention, NO PAPER! This session is open to teachers or all content areas, and is not just specific to mathematics. During this session, attendees will also get an opportunity to not only view the instructor side of building and running the activity, but the student side of completing the activity as well.
